Contra Costa October Statistics

Closed sales for San Ramon are up 51.7%.

Alamo is up 18.2%.

Blackhawk is up 200%!

Walnut Creek is up 72.7%!

 

The housing affortability index is also up. For single-family detached homes it is up 45.1% and for townhomes/condos it is up 48.9%.
